TERMS OF SERVICE:
We reserve the right to refuse any order placed through our website, the right to correct any change in pricing, and the right to discontinue an item at any time and for any reason. Sales tax will be added to the price of purchases as required. All prices are shown in USD.
SHIPPING:
All items are shipped from Mt. Airy, Philadelphia, PA. Please allow up to 7 days for your item to ship, or up to 3 weeks if your item is made-to-order. All items are shipped via USPS First Class Mail or USPS Priority Mail. If you would like to request a different carrier or extra insurance, please contact us. We will try to accommodate your request. We will send an email notification when the item has shipped.
DAMAGES:
If you receive a damaged item, please contact us with your order number within 48 hours and include a photograph of the damage. We will respond as soon as possible.
EXCHANGES:
If you receive an item and it is not to your liking, please let us know and we will do our best to make it right. We offer exchanges for the exact item or another item of equal value based on these guidelines:
We must be made aware of the intent to exchange within seven (7) days of the item being received.
Items must be returned in the original condition they were received, along with any tags or packaging received.
Exchange shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility.
International customers will also be responsible for any duties and taxes that may apply.
If the items are not received within 15 days of the original purchase, the exchange will be cancelled.
RETURNS:
We will accept any returns on our items in new, unused condition with all tags and packaging intact based on the below guidelines. If you would like to return an item, please contact us with your order number.

Only products purchased through Niki Leist Website may be returned. Our products purchased through another retailer must be returned to the original seller.
